"Welcoming friendly staff, beautiful clean room with excellent spacious en-suite bathroom. Very comfortable bed and in room facilities, including fans, which were very welcome during the heatwave. Good evening dinner and super breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."
