"The stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed that there was no water available in the room. Guests need to request it from the front desk, which is inconvenient. At $180 per night, I would expect this basic amenity to be included. Small details like this can strongly affect the overall guest experience."

"The airport shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated having a phone number to call to help us get to the correct door at OHare. It was a cold wait for the bus. Nothing the hotel could have done about the weather. I would recommend having a warm jacket on a windy day as you are waiting outside up to 30 minutes. Otherwise the hotel and shuttle was a wonderful place to stay on a long layover at OHare. "
