Staff was very nice, but what was described in Expedia nothing matched. No restaurant, no Bar and lounge. No room service ECT. It should have said need a place to sleep we have it here. That's it. Expedia you have let me down for the first time.

pas d'eau chaude et pas du tout de pression d'eau.Pas de couvert de toilette,plateau de nourriture au sol.Ne nous on pas donné la bonne chambre pour laquelle nous avions payé.Endroit isolé, très loin de la plage,alors que c'était inscrit à 1km.Nous avons préféré aller coucher ailleurs .La direction est mesquine envers nous

Hotel did not answer the phone when we landed from the airport. Hotel was not open when we arrived. Hotel did not respond to knocking or car horns. Had no place to stay and had to sleep in my car. Terrible experience and I want my back.

chiquila is the place to start your tour. From Chiquilá you can rent your boat for boat cruises to go around Holbox. And this hotel makes everything easy and unexpensive. Of course , you have to visit Holbox.

The room i booked on Expedia and the room that I got were completely different. Booked a room with a double and a twin bed, the room I was given was only a double bed, with no room to fit anything else, and when I tried to explain, the language barrier got in the way, so they just kept offering to bring me a twin bed. Power went out frequently, but was always fixed right away. Had a good stay, and the included breakfast was probably one of the best I had in Mexico. Only real complaint was what I paid for and what I got for the room were much different.

Great experience

Honestly I wasn’t sure how the experience was going to be being in a small town but I’m in awe. From check in to the room to the amazing dinner and wonder breakfast that was included I would definitely recommend the Mayan villas. We stayed there for 1 night before heading to holbox island myself wife and 3 children. I felt very safe and well taken care of the staff was very polite and extremely attentive. I had a rental car that I needed to leave near the port (which I wast to happy about) but the dropped us off at the por and picked us up when we came back and only charged us 200mx for 2 nights. I felt so relaxed that it was at the hotel and not in a public lot. We even left 60% of our luggage at the hotel while in holbox. I’m usually a very nervous and untrusting person but from the moment we go to the Mayan villas I felt at home with family. A++

Dette var et ganske OK hotel å bo på for en natt. Perfekt dersom man skal ha en overnatting før man drar ut videre til Holbox. Hyggelig betjening og ganske OK frokost. Enkel transport på 5 minutter ned til fergen som går over til Holbox.

Hôtel bien situé et avantageux pour visiter Holbox

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce sympathique petit hôtel avec son charme rural, le prix plus avantageux que sur Holbox. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité, toujours prêt à rendre service et donner aussi toutes les informations sur l'ile d'Holobox, les choses à voir etc... Situé à 8 min. à pieds du port, très pratique pour se rendre à Holbox, départ des bâteaux toutes les heures pour 30 min. de traversée. Le wifi fonctionne bien.
