「The whole process of being able to stay there was awful.
I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent.
I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked.
Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common.
At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.」

「was able to park just in front of stable room
work is in progress at the property so didnt look its best on the outside,inside was fab we had everything we needed plus extras like fridge ,toaster,microwave plenty of plates mugs dishes good drinks making equipment,single beds were comfy and spotless,tv was a bit confusing but we managed in the end,we had a lot of noise on the 2 nd evening and early morning could have been the workmen🙄
the royal oak pub is extremely welcoming drinks and meals...

「Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back」
