The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks. A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely return."
