「It is a good place to stay with all good facilities and staff is also very helpful and polite.」

「Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. 」

「Amazing」

「It was a great stay」

「Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that」

「Our stay at Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli, was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. . The service never felt mechanical or routine; there was a sincere effort from the entire team to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Another aspect that really impressed us was the management’s evident interest in maintaining the property and preserving its character. Baikunth is spread across an amazing seven-acre...

「The views from our duplex were great and the room itself was fairly cozy for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, the staff behaved unprofessionally from the get go. For instance, once we got there, the person at the reception tells me I have a booking with code EP3 and asked me to explain what it was. I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain...

「great place in a serene and calm location away from the hustle-bustle, nice view, very helpful host, very convenient. Would be visiting soon again.」

「The rooms were not of good condition, doors were not getting locked properly, food was not of great quality, other basic amenities were not provided! 」

「Nicely located.Good ambiance.Very good food, good staff. The only thing requiring improvement is the internet connectivity which is very poor.」

「Excellent hospitality!! Staff was very friendly and generous especially Maneesh. Breakfast buffet was nice」

「Rooms was not clean, no water in toilet, overall bad experience 」

「The location and view are excellent, especially the sunrise, which was probably the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room were very disappointing. The mattress was completely torn at the bottom, and we were given a used, dirty towel. These are basic things that should not be overlooked, especially considering the price being charged. For the amount you pay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The property definitely needs to improve...

「Property was definitely not worth the price, for the price they charge there are definitely other better places in the area.」
