“Extremely pleasant staff but the beds are like sleeping on plywood. Rooms are not built the best you can see how little they care about the property or at least the rooms”

Key malfunctioned and could not get into the room at midnight, and despite a res for four people there were two towels. Needs work. ”

“I find it hard to believe that a shelf in my room hadn't been cleaned for weeks maybe longer. Not sure I'm ever going to use a Marriott property again.. I said something to the guy at the front desk and nothing but crickets??? He didn't charge me parking fee after spending 2 night only because I asked him for the credit. Very disappointed and I am retired and moving around the country, not staying at the Marriott!!!!”

“So when looking for a motel, my buddy and I really had a couple things we wanted. We wanted to find a place that had a hot tub. We could hang out in after surfing, and we really just wanted to be able to watch some TV. As soon as we got there, staff told us that the pool and hot tub weren’t able to be used as they were broken until Tuesday. “The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area. The TV remote needed new batteries. Remember I said there was……
