"Hardly any room service, had to ask almost every day for towels and toilet paper. Stayed 1 week and they didn’t vacuum the sand all week or clean the sheets and restock any amenities. I’ve stayed there several times before and never been this unsatisfied with the property."

"From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin sightings. We will absolutely return to this beautiful place. Thank you for making it such an unforgettable experience. "

"We really enjoyed this getaway with our family. The kids loved having the pool right in the backyard—it made everything so convenient. There was plenty of space and enough rooms to comfortably accommodate all of us. The beach was about 15 minutes away, and the Cheer Nationals in Daytona were only about 30 minutes away. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"We absolutely LOVED stayin at the Victoria 1883! Fabiola showed us around the property and herself and her husband have done a beautiful job with it. The rooms are amazing and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend staying here, and getting a drink in the speakeasy! "

"The rooms were well stocked with all the things youd need in an efficiency. Stove (full size) good ac, clean shower, and comfy beds which i was very pleasantly surprised that my back dodnt complain once. The only negative which was a significant inconvenience is that the closet doesnt have a door on it and its a motion activated light so anytime any one gets up to use restroom in nighttime the room is flooded with bright light. This is the only negative thing I could possibly complain about. Everything else was better than expected."

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "

"This cozy little place was absolutely spotless. It’s not fancy, but it has all the necessities and is a very comfortable spot to enjoy some time at the beach. It’s a duplex technically, but very private - we didn’t feel like we were sharing a house. It’s on a very quiet, woodsy street away from the traffic but only a few blocks from the main part of town. The host was very accommodating - we had to bring our dog at the last minute, and he made it painless to change our reservation. The back yard is fenced in and safe for furry vacationers. There is a train nearby but we weren’t bothered by it at all. Overall a wonderful spot and we would definitely stay there again!"
