The only thing that let the property down was the fact that the bathroom hand towel was used and dirty also the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The staff member wasn't really equiped to deal with the hand towel complaint no apology just stated that it would go on the list or some such thing, that was disappointing. otherwise it was clean, cosy and quiet.

It is close to the airport and is clean and decent and with helpful ,friendly check in However when we arrived for one night 10 days earlier the room was cold and the heat pump had a hard job to make up . The heat pump is also very slow to respond and the control was different to that on the handout so we farted around a lot before getting satisfaction

Basic airport motel. Check in was quick and easy. The lady ordered me a taxi for the morning as we were leaving earlier than the shuttle. The room was clean and roomy.

as we were arriving at 1.30am the key was left in the key box with full instruction. The number for the key box was Emailed to us the day prior to arrival. on arrival the light was left on in the room to make it easy for us to access the room, very kind thought. we spoke with the lady in reception in the morning she was very helpful with direction for were we wanted to go.

The property is a little ways from any eating establishments but served our purpose as a relatively inexpensive place to stay before departing Christchurch airport early the next day. The shuttle was unavailable to us as our flight was leaving the airport at 6:15 AM. They did provide the number of a local cab company which worked well.

가족 4명이 묵었는데 방이 2개라서 좋았어요. 욕조도 있고 거실과 주방이 넓어서 간단하게 라면같은것도 먹을 수 있어요. 옷장이랑 서랍장도 충분히 있어요. 주인분이 친절하고 공항까지 셔틀도 제공해주십니다.

Awesome value for money
Great option for my overnight stay. Friendly service, my request for a ground floor room due to early morning departure was always taken care of. Room was great and had lots of space. Bed was also very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great amenities but confusing airport shuttle
Great motel next to the airport. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Amazing service. Things to be aware of: shuttle reservation was quite confusing. Some AC units make disturbing clicking sounds but it could be an issue with a particular unit.

The airport shuttle was quite useful. The room had the 2 beds as requested. In the morning, our shuttle driver was early and whisked us to the airport about 2 miles away.

Our office hours are stated on our website. All booking made receive a confirmation which states the closing times and guests are required to contact office if arriving after 9pm. We set the room up in good faith that you were going to arrive.

My flight was cancelled and I needed accommodation for the night. The lovely people here made everything easy for me and they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Booked online and arrived on early morning flight. Keys were easy to collect from lock box, room clean and well appointed, bed comfortable. Very kindly dropped as back to near the airport in the shuttle bus to collect our motorhomes. Great friendly service from booking to departure. Highly recommend!
