Great location, but a bit noisy
It was a great location in terms of being in downtown Christchurch, but unfortunately the bar next door was having an open mic night and it was very loud. This is great news for some people, but I was disappointed at the noise and understand it is a part of the great location of the space!

Great location complete with parking. Easy walk to many locations! A little noisy Saturday night - but a sign of life in the area!

Victoria Street Apartment
Clean and tidy. Lounge and bedrooms were good. Water pressure was very poor and the hot tap in the bathroom leaked one night leaving us with no hot water at all for a day. This needs fixing. Location was great though.
