“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“Everything was as described in the listing plus things we didn’t anticipate. We were a family of 10 and all ages. The 3 levels, hot tub, and included amenities were all great. Place was clean and host was very responsive to a minor issue with the hot tub. Location was great and the overall subdivision was quiet and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a large house close to Branson, the lake and overall proximity to grocery and restaurants. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Red Elk Lodge! There were 15 in our group…ranging from age 10 to 70, and all of us enjoyed the house and its amenities immensely. The house was very clean and fully equipped. It is a great stay for any family looking to relax and enjoy some time in a beautiful location.”

“The location was really great. Nice views and lake access. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well appointed. There was even wood for the fireplace which was nice. The only minor issues we had were the master bedroom faced the street and had very thin shades so there was lots of light coming in from the street. We switched to the smaller queen sized bedroom facing the lake and it was much better. The water was very hard and had an odd smell. I would recommend a water softener and a……

“The cleaning crew didn't do a good job at all before we got there. There was stuff on the floor on the upstairs bathroom and the sheets on the downstairs bedroom were nasty. I took pictures of the sheets but it didn't turn out really good because of the color of the sheets. The upstairs bathroom had to be plunged several times and the sink takes forever to drain. We were disappointed because we stay in this cabin every time we come to Branson.”
