“Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought……

“Highly recommend, very friendly staff,room was clean with comfortable bedding, good breakfast including fresh fruit,juices, toast, croissants, eggs, tea, and espresso. Two minutes drive to the beach.”

“The interior of the hotel was spotless. However the exterior is another thing. This property is under tarps and surrounded by scaffolding as it is undergoing major renovations. I was unable to open the balcony door to get fresh air as a result. Had I known about the renos I would have chosen another property to stay at. Also this property is nowhere near a public beach so the description that says "white sandy beach" is very misleading. Lastly there are no guest hot tubs or jacuzzi unless you……

“È come il paradiso qui. È il posto più rilassante e tranquillo in cui sia mai stato. Il personale è estremamente attento, molto gentile e paziente con la traduzione. Sembra di essere in un sogno quando sei qui. Il cibo è delizioso ogni boccone. Le camere sono affascinanti. La sabbia è così morbida. L'acqua è così limpida e calda. Rena Resort mi ha scaldato il cuore. Farò tesoro per sempre del ricordo del mio soggiorno qui. 10/10 il posto migliore in cui sia mai stato. È il paradiso qui. Pace,……

“Zelden zijn we zo gastvrij ontvangen. Geweldig! Deze accommodatie is compleet voor een fijne vakantie. Het personeel is meer dan gastvrij. Je wordt onthaalt met koffie of iets anders. De uitleg wat allemaal kan (alles kan) is erg fijn. In de omgeving is verrassend veel te zien en te beleven, op natuur of cultureel gebied kom je volledig aan je trekken. Kort samen gevat, doen en geniet van de geweldige gastvrijheid! ”

“酒店离市区比较远，但整体环境还不错，房间很干净床也大就是床垫太差了，今天早上起来身上都痛，另外早餐的盘子都看起来不太干净！除此之外其他都很好，而且订的价格也是超级划算的，还有游泳池很漂亮支付1欧元就可以，很可惜到酒店的时候比较晚第二天又赶时间没能去泳池玩。”

“Ho soggiornato al Plana Resort. Camere a dir poco fatiscenti con peli e polvere dappertutto. Pagata piu di 100€ a notte ma non ne vale neanche 30€. Tanta sponsorizzazione questi "Laghi Nabi" ma non ne vale davvero la pena per ciò che si paga. Strutture mal tenute nel complesso. Unica nota positiva é la colazione, molto ricca e abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Per il resto é tutto un "attira allodole". Che delusione, peccato.”

“Struttura vecchia e poco curata, la camera è totalmente difforme da quanto visto, scelto e pagato sul sito (manca anche il bidet). La trapunta nell’armadio è sporca e maleodorante , la colazione è povera con prodotti scadenti, il parcheggio comodo e custodito, il personale educato e cordiale.”

“They do have a pool as advertised but it’s covered and looks like it’s never been an option for use. It states it’s only open for seasonal use. Which season it’s been high 90’s 100. How much hotter does it have to get. I don’t believe they have any plans to ever open it as it’s a mess the pool pictures on Expedia are of a fountain in the front of the pool. Expedia should pull this property off their website. Very disappointing and one of the reasons I hesitate to use it, to many false……
