"Dusit Thani is a modern brand of comfort and luxury; I have stayed in their hotel in Makati, and they did not fail to deliver high quality service and hotel amenities in their Davao property; deluxe room was spacious, clean and well equipped with room features such as coffee-making machine, big-sized safe box and high-end toilet and bath amenities; we had cocktails in their podium bar, and it was a good and wholesome concoction; I will not hesitate booking this property again in my future visits to Davao."

"The unit was clean and in good condition. Overnight parking was easy with ₱200 additional fee. It was close enough to the airport. The condo compound seemed safe inside with a main gate and building security guard. Kitchen with fridge, water dispenser, plates and cooking stuffs. Road going to the airport was tight, like one car can only pass at a time, roads full of deep pot holes. You can go around the airport for a better wider 2 car lanes but it will take you longer. It will save your car tho. No decent restaurants around the area. The area outside was very busy, not high end, not touristy but with local vibe without the vibe.The unit have 2 bedrooms, one bedroom had a single bed, the second had a double sized bed. I expected one room to have 2 actual double beds. there was none. cant even fit another single bed there. I was told that, since i asked for a 2 hour earley check in, my original request was not available. But Iater I was told that it was just a foam bed, not an actual bed or even a sofa bed. I still paid for the 2 double bedroom+1 single bedroom plus, ₱300 early check in fee+ ₱200 parking fee. Netflix, wifi not working, cant even find the wifi name they provided, was to told to reset the modem unsuccessfully. Shower water heater didnt work, i was told to reset the electric socket on the ceiling, impossible to do without a ladder. Shower area was small, i can fit it it because Im petite. No shower curtain so all water spills on the toilet/sink/laundry area. "
