"I had a large, spacious room, stylish as befits a classical Galata building. Huge bed. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the roof, with fine views. It’s a normal Turkish hotel breakfast. The hotel is set on the Golden Horn and near lots of wonderful areas. "

"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."
