Great location and staff service from this hotel. The staff even gave us tips to spot scammers that prey on tourists around the city, and that was really helpful so we don't let that ruin our vacation

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times now and I would recommend it. Rooms are nice, breakfast very good, staff very pleasant. Only thing it was a bit warm in the room even with air conditioning.

Amazing and the staff was incredible! I was a solo traveler and the staff checked in on me and made sure everything was alright. Breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless. Perfect location with access to public transportation, galata tower, and multiple shops and restaurants.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the middle of many great places to visit, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay overall. The customer service was also very good, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Hotel was exquisite and whilst we were there for football, hotel would be fabulous for couples. Rooms gorgeous and staff seemed to go the extra mile. Istanbul ( like any city) has its ‘chancer’s’ but hotel and staff amongst the best I’ve dealt with.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful building, extremely well appointed in a good location. All of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, with Fred in particular going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. My only negative is the roof top terrace which could definitely do with some TLC. But that is a minor issue - everything else was wonderful.
