「Staff was a bit nonchalant. Made us wait after check in time for a room. We had two small kids so the wait was a bit excessive. 」

They communicated with us regularly via Whatsapp regarding the readiness of our room so that we could return to check in early if the room became ready. 「This hotel was in a great location , close to everything. Staff was friendly and it felt super safe. I had hot water and AC and they helped with transportation from the Airport. It is a beautiful little hotel , very well taken care of. 「Great hotel in Antigua! One of the few with air conditioning which is essential in the May heat currently. Room was clean and exactly as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Parking was about a block away, so not truly on site, but it was free, which was great! Walkable to downtown. 」
