「The good: the front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were great, helpful and friendly. Nice grounds, nice pool, patio from the room was nice. The beach area was also very good and not far. The restaurant was excellent. Parking was easy. The less than good: The room was very dated and not decorated. The bathroom toilet seat broke. The sink was damaged and patched with silicon! 「Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well.
