“ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit……

“The room was beautiful! Loved the “bigger than a mini” refrigerator and the air conditioner was fabulous! Did not care much for the pool and the hot tub was not hot. Super close to beach! Unfortunately, the Charthouse does not get a discount on chair rentals like the beachfront properties do, so we paid $42 each day of our 4 day stay. 😣”

“The staff was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast in the morning was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like is the music was a little loud outside our balcony, and we did have a couple areas of black mold in our room. Our room seem damp the whole time we were there.”

“酒店位置非常好，就在清水湾海滩入口处，停车场很大，泳池很干净，酒店的码头一眼望去都是各色游艇，摩托艇，很漂亮，晚上坐在码头的躺椅上，喝啤酒，看夕阳下的帆影，才是真正的度假。房间干净，厨房设施一应俱全。酒店对门就是24小时超市，生活非常方便。最关键的是酒店经理是为幽默开朗的可爱话痨老头！办理入住时详细介绍周边的游玩，美食等资讯，试过之后发现老头真的是良心推荐！下次如果再去清水湾一定还入住这家酒店！！！”

“The suite was perfect to stay in and had a full kitchen! W=It was also a walkable distance to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the best perk they offered were the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (for free) which made the beach experience 10 out of 10!”

“This resort is incredible. The drinks are strong, the food is delicious. The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. All of our wait staff was nice and attentive. Shoutout Sara at the pool for tolerating us. Biggest shoutout to Tina at the front desk. She was so nice, was able to upgrade my room and even let us check in early! Thanks for a great stay”

“Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.”

“Enjoyed everything about my visit. That Sunset Colda and those tacos were Delicious. Very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely recommend❤️”

“Cozy hotel”

“This hotel was honestly so great. It was cute and spacious, perfect vintage motel feel. Bed was super comfy, location was convenient to beach and other attractions, parking available on site. I would totally stay here again. Staff was great and offered fresh towels during our short weekend stay.”

“The sofa bed was very old and disturbing. There was no complimentary water to use . The rugs were wery old and dirty.”

“The staff is super friendly, very accommodating. The hotel is right on the sand we saw manatees and dolphins. I didn’t like they don’t allow you to bring your own chairs to the beach and they don’t allow you to bring a cooler. They charge absolutely for everything even the person that rents the beach chairs said the tips are appreciated. She’s an employee and she gets paid for that.”
