“This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! ”

“Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. ”

“Lovely staff and amenities. Very clean and central. Only negative is that the breakfast orders took a very very long time to come and it wasn’t very busy so not sure why.”

“Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen.”
