“Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging……

It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. I would like to thank staffs for their amazing services and hospitality. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

“Was the best location. Right on the main square. There was a lovely breakfast restaurant right downstairs and outside. Also, a bar downstairs. Had an inside bar and a courtyard bar. You will get noise from the square, but this did not keep us up at all. It was very much worth it! Would not hesitate to stay again. The apartment was a nice size and bedrooms were separated between a kitchen and two bathrooms for privacy. A/C worked great. Television didn't have any access to channels, but……

“The location was excellent, close to the market square and across from Planty with good access to public transport. Our room was spacious and quiet. There is a nice lounge on yhe ground floor.”

“The reception staff, especially Veronica, was most helpful and informative. When we arrived we had just learned that our tour operator for visiting Auschwitz had moved our meeting time for departure to 5:40 a.m. from 9 a.m. Veronica offered to have a take-away breakfast available for us to take with us at 5 a.m. The property is at a prime location near old Town Krakow and also Tram lines for transport throughout the town.”

“Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and booked our table at The Black Duck and organised our taxi transfers back to the airport. My……
