"The property was fine, being met with a pair of underpants on the outside banister didn’t bode well, but once inside it was fine. We are in our seventies so going downstairs in the morning with two cups of tea wasn’t ideal but we worked around it. The place was clean and very well equipped although we ate out every day. "Very well located property. Lovely and spacious with 3 super bedrooms. While in Plymouth the temp was c30 but having very large windows, we were able to keep super cool. It was a great stay for us and our family and the dog! Having a dog exercise park just down the road was a real bonus too in the very early morning before it got too hot! Would definitely stay again"

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"
