"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."

"love the king room with balcony, albeit was a bit outdated in the bath. Breakfast was a good selection. Manager and female concierge were helpful. right off the freeway but quiet"

"Our electricity went out one night, so did the generator. It was a big storm. The staff was very nice. They need more front desk help. Housekeeping was wonderful. They clean beautifully. The room was big. I could live there."

"This place is really comfortable. They have a social 1.5 hours where you can relax with a drink and some food. Definitely a redo."
