"This property was excellent. Very clean had all the amenities that I needed. Loved meeting and talking with the host Anita. Great location, very accommodating. it was very peaceful and quiet. Was very relaxing. Furniture was very comfortable. Love seats with recliners and a sofa with recliner and another recliner. Flatscreen TV large sitting table to eat at. It would definitely be a place I would return to."

"The stay was great. The location was perfect for our fishing trip. It was centrally located to our favorite fishing spots. There was plenty of room for us. The kitchen had all the right pots and pans for our cooking needs. The rooms were very clean."

"Beautiful and quiet with incredible views of surrounding mountains. Very clean and organized. Perfect for couples. Has evaporative cooling unit and lots of fans as is common in this area. Not exactly air conditioning. Excellent communication with host who is very personable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend."

"Great location, easy access to everything. Loved that it’s pet friendly & has a nice little dog run, with gates on the deck area too! Place was comfy and well stocked with all of the basics! Easy check-in & check-out process! Would stay here again!"

"We were glad to be able to find a home that could accommodate our large extended family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer were a plus too. The kids enjoyed the playsets in the fenced yard. The evenings were cool and refreshing. Lots of outdoor things to do within a short drive. Sunset views on the deck were amazing!"

"The house was perfect! The furnishings, decor, and lighting gave the home a cozy ambience. It was very clean. The pictures posted from the porch don’t do the views justice. They are absolutely breathtaking. We all loved watching the prairie dogs play in the yard as we sat on the porch watching the gorgeous sunset over the mountains. The location is perfect, with just a short drive to Eagle Nest, Angel Fire and Red River. We are already planning our next trip back!"
