Nice place, miscommunicated parking, still pretty hood

Brand new apartment, everything was very nice except the tiny smart TV that was VERY slow at processing when you tried to change anything. Very clean, very easy to access. We live in the hood in our city, so we were fine with the place, but not everyone will feel safe there yet. It's definitely an area experiencing rapid change and gentrification, but on the early side of that. Seems like every building is being renovated, but still definitely the hood. They seem to overcommunicate most the things you need to know up front... except ... was disappointed that the listing says parking is an amenity and nowhere did it specify they only have 2 spots for 7 apartments and it's an additional $25. They wait till you book, then send this in the info about the place: "***What`s the parking situation?*** We have two parking spaces on-site, which are available to guests for $25 per day on a first-come-first serve basis, or $100 for weekly/monthly stays. If you are interested in renting these spots, please inquire about availability during your stay, as we are limited to the two spots across 7 apartments."
