Great location

Great location for access to downtown area. The rental was clean and well decorated. If walking up/down flights of stairs is an issue, this isnt the place for you. A few in our group strugged with them. Hosts responded quickly to any request and even helped us carry items inside because of the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! The outside noise into the morning was a bit much, but we knew what to expect. All in all we enjoyed the unit and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for 10 ladies! The only thing that would keep us from staying again is not having the elevator operational.

We had a wonderful stay in Cincinnati. Because you are downtown, there is street noise but there are box fans in each room that help block out the noise. It didn't bother us but if you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing additional noise blocker. Also, if you have an issue climbing stairs then this is not the place for you. The steps are steep and you have to go up at least 2 flights to get to the second floor where the rooms are, there is no elevator. The location was great, we walked to Findlay Market, Great American Ballpark, and down to the River for the fireworks. The place was clean and looked as it did in the photos. The response time from the property manager was very prompt and they answered all my questions.

Great for a party, terrible for sleeping

We stayed for my brother's bachelor party, which was a blast. The property is fantastic, BUT is was ruined by the location. While it is on the main strip of the OTR, there was a massive group of people, including bootleggers and prostitutes, outside blasting music until, I kid you not, 5am. This culminated in 6 gunshots being fired right outside our building. 15 minutes later two police officers strolled through the scene, seemingly arresting nobody. This is a great listing ONLY if you plan on staying up incredibly late and don't mind feeling unsafe.

Great experience!

This property has plenty of room for 7 adults to stay comfortably. The location of the property is very conveniently located for our trip. We went to a ball game and then to the casino and were able to walk all of it even though the street car was there to take us if we didn’t want to walk. The only drawback was the neighborhood. It was a little rough but if you’re used to big city life you wouldn’t think twice about it! Will definitely check to see if this property is available when we decide to go again!

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT stay at this property

We have never had a worse rental experience, and we have stayed in many properties. The property owner inaccurately described the property as having 6 bedrooms, 9 total beds, with enough space to sleep 16 people. There were 4 bedrooms, and 4 beds! Not nearly enough for our group to stay. Some of us slept on the floor, and my husband and I slept on a tiny couch. We paid $1,255 for one night, only to not have enough accommodations to sleep. I called the Property Manager upon checking in, sent her the texts showing the description on VRBO. She said they didn't have anywhere else in Cincy to put us up that night but the Owner "Chris" was offering a $300 refund. I never received the refund, and I have messaged him multiple times. He REFUSES to respond. He has changed the description of this property on VRBO now, I'm guessing so he doesn't have another complaint like this. This owner is dishonest; and is clearly ok with falsely advertising. I wouldn't book this property or any others he owns/manages. Also - there was a 'street party' beneath this rental with people screaming, grilling out with portable grills, super loud music until the middle of night, women fighting (cops had to come and break it up). It is NOT a great area to be in at night. A shooting took place just feet away from the property 1 week after we stayed there. Buyer beware - seriously find another property to stay at.
