「My room was not clean. The couch had animal hair all over it. It was so bad I did not sit on it the whole stay. I lifted one of the couch pillows and it had food and old candy underneath it. The floor was dirty with crumbs and dust everywhere. I would have found another hotel but there was 2 conventions in town. The phone in the room did not work at all. The dead bolt on the door did not work, I was very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again. The staff I encountered was friendly and...

「The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a beautiful home with lots of updated charm. The beds are large and comfortable in both rooms. The shower is awesome! Nothing beats that view off the balcony though! It’s absolutely stunning! The street is quiet and neighbors are kind. The location feels quiet and more secluded but it is within 10 mins of everything fun to do downtown! I would suggest parking your car there to secure a spot in front of the building and taking a Lyft...

「Did not get the room we reserved. We reserved a suite with city view. Only stayed here for the kids to have the view. We got stuck on a low floor facing the back street. Hotel did nothing about it. Asked to speak with manager, never got a response.」

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
