First Visit to Cincinnati
I’ve been a vrbo customer for over a decade and will no longer be a customer based on this rental and my experience with Vrbo customer service and this property owner. 1. Pictures are not accurate. There is no grass or green space for pets and additional fees are charged for pets not disclosed in the property details of this rental.2. There is construction beginning at 7am each morning including Saturdays that shakes this three story home and the noise is too loud.3. There is no parking/free parking. There is paid street or garage parking averaging 20 per day.4. The info they send about the property is in an antiquated google doc that the renters do not share until hours before arrival.5. I requested Vrbo and the property mgmt owners contact me via phone to answer questions and also my request to cancel and neither party would communicate with me.
