“Nice clean and new feeling room. Very comfy bed and with fabulous pillows. Breakfast was wonderful!”

“Very, very, very clean! We stayed 3 nights, and cleaning staff freshened our bed and bathroom every day! Professional, dedicated, friendly staff.”

“房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。”

“Despite reading poor reviews, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. Reviews were right. The room was clean enough, but bed sheets were old, pillows old, comforter had burned holes from smoking I imagine, but did not smell like smoke. I didn’t complain because “You pay for what you get.” Breakfast was nonexistent, only 3 little sad muffins. They really need to erase “Breakfast” from their advertising. I wish I could have cancelled as soon as I walked in, but it was too……

“There are no clean room services during my 3 days stay. There were bad smells in the room all along. Breakfast is very simple. I think it is not worth the money I paid average around US$110 per day.”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying……

“I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.”

“The bed sheets and quilts were not changed and washed, and the electrical appliances could not be used. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad.”

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”

“I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.”

“I was supposed to stay here for one night while out of town for work. The room was so stuffy and stinky I ended up sleeping in my car. I’m not usually picky either I rough it pretty regularly. The icing on the cake was check out. I had put a deposit for the room & they wanted my card to put the deposit back. They said putting the money back declined & I never got the deposit back from the room I never used.”
