「Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.」

「It was an accessible hotel that a short distance from King’s Island. I got the studio on the first floor with a kitchen. If you are staying with your family, it had a kitchen and a refrigerator to be able to cook and store food if you didn’t want to go out to eat.
