「 Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

「The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles...

「The first room we checked into the window leaked so bad it sounded like a wolf howling. The bed was ungodly uncomfortable, I woke up in more pain than before going to bed 」

When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only」
