“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“We like waffles a little more than pancakes, and I really wish the fridge had a freezer. I also like having a coffee maker in the room so I don't have to walk down to the lobby every time I want coffee.”

“There are no clean room services during my 3 days stay. There were bad smells in the room all along. Breakfast is very simple. I think it is not worth the money I paid average around US$110 per day.”

“Very courteous staff both at check-in and serving breakfast. We normally use Hampton Inn for our travel and this was the first time we've ever stayed at a Drury. It won't be the last! Everybody seemed nicer here for some reason.”

“Despite reading poor reviews, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. Reviews were right. The room was clean enough, but bed sheets were old, pillows old, comforter had burned holes from smoking I imagine, but did not smell like smoke. I didn’t complain because “You pay for what you get.” Breakfast was nonexistent, only 3 little sad muffins. They really need to erase “Breakfast” from their advertising. I wish I could have cancelled as soon as I walked in, but it was too……

“Starting off we were assigned a room the staff was still in cleaning. They were flustered and rushed to complete. There was hair throughout the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. Hot items weren’t very hot and the coffee is just hot black water that tastes awful. Witness the breakfast attendant yell at a guest at breakfast when she accidentally dropped her eggs at the buffet. Did not offer to help her clean up, threw his hands in the air yelled “What is wrong with you!” And walked away. Very……

“Very, very, very clean! We stayed 3 nights, and cleaning staff freshened our bed and bathroom every day! Professional, dedicated, friendly staff.”

“Nice clean and new feeling room. Very comfy bed and with fabulous pillows. Breakfast was wonderful!”

“Parking was great and the breakfast was great as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a little older but clean. There is also lots of restaurants in the area and a grocers store. It’s close to the freeway. Only down side was the pool not open.”

“Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Came to town for a Reds game and we don't like to stay downtown and this location is great.”
