“We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“Hotel was great. Clean. Management was very rude. Tried to charge $75 for our dog when website says $50 charge for one dog. The manager tried to argue that Expedia should have updated their website and wanted to argue with me. Then he told us to get our dog out of lobby, even though there was another dog in the lobby. Won’t be staying here again!!!”

“This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make……

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“Tip - park by the back patio (they have ten spots and easy to get in and out. But, shhhhh!”

“They pool needs a good cleaning , not just chlorine tablets throw in it, needs emptied out in a good scrubbing the water looks green”
