“Rooms are a bit small, but new and clean and the breakfast was one of the best I've seen anywhere.”

“Could use more staff in kitchen at breakfast especially when its a weekend and events are going on, one person can not do it all herself she was trying her best to keep up and done a good job. Someone didn't show up for work and it threw things behind. But other than that it was a good stay”

“I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. The 2nd had a couple bugs in the tub. Check out was just as……

“Room and building smelled like smoke (not just cigarette smoke either), kitchenette faucet would not shut completely off, spider in tub, breakfast was always out before 8:15, and efficiency was supposed to have small couch or 2 chairs ( we has one chair-not enough for both of us to sit. All in all I thought it was kind of dumpy!”

“We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. The space where we are supposed to have a refrigerator is empty And it was never disclosed on the booking site that this location is under construction. The pictures look nothing like this hotel. We are extremely disappointed and don’t even want to……

“Very old. Sheets had holes in them. Pillows were terrible. The toilet rocked. The tiles in the bathroom rocked. The fridge was iced over. No smoking, but people around us were smoking. The room was pretty clean.”

“To start..I witnessed a Handicapped Female get denied a room on the first floor. The desk person said they were full on the first floor. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Later that night maybe 10 cars. 2nd..the ice maker was broken on the first floor..it could happen..but they left the flooded floor for hours .very unsafe. 3rd..indoor pool was never turned on the 4 days we stayed. It was cloudy and very cold..no circulation at all. 4th ..ceiling tiles missing everywhere...wires……
