“This was quick overnight stay and we checked in too late to try the pool, but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was wonderful! The area also was conveniently located and felt safe. Thank you, Kacey, for your kindness at check-in and the woman worked the breakfast area was also hardworking and kindly interacted her with guests. This was a great, quick stop for the night. Thank you!”

“房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors……

“Room was dirty, sink faucet old and stained, shower faucet would not shut off. Left early after one night.”

“Bath tub broken had to call to get staff to come to get key run down place wont stay again”

“The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one”

“In 35 years of hotel stays I have never experienced the brutal incompetence or downright abuse I was subjected to at this hotel. After a 9 hour drive I parked at the hotel and walked, with limited time, to the burger restaurant nearby. I walked back to check in and sleep ahead of the 6 hour drive next day. "We're full"- teenage slob behind the desk. Congratulations. I have a reservation. "we dont have any rooms" BUT I RESERVED A ROOM. DO YOU HAVE MY R E S E R V A T I O N? "……

“The bed sheets and quilts were not changed and washed, and the electrical appliances could not be used. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad.”

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”

“Ther read a smell. It made me nauseous and since. Got a sinus infection there could have been mold. They also never refund my deposit no microwave or fridge”
