“The room was so spacious! Great breakfast and helpful staff”

“Nothing was right, the room was not very clean smelt musty. Wi-Fi did not work. The telephone was disconnected from the wall. Only two towels for a two queen/double room. The staff kept apologizing that they were in the middle of a transition, which has been going on forever”

“很不错的motel”

“This hotel is convenient and price is fair. A Good place to stay.”

“I spent a night at the Cortland Motel as a stopover driving from Virginia to Toronto. The man who checked me in was very kind and gave me the rundown on the room. The room itself was a bit meager and old, but you get what you pay for with a motel. The room itself was quite clean in spite of its dinginess. “Well below standards . Smelly room , odor stuck in my clothing . Bug crawl in bed . Ac/heat unit noises all night . Lots of plug in mass smell .”

“On the night of the 19th, our arrival day, for some unexplained reason, the water coming out of the spigot on the bathroom sink, after opening the "COLD" handle, wasn't cold; it was warm water! In the morning, it was cold.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“Luv luv this place had such a nice weekend... My only suggestion is to make sure if you plan on eating at their establishment make a reservation in advance we tried to eat there the day, we arrived but it was fully booked .. Staff was wonderful and directed us to some other places in the area all walkable so not a big deal at all and we made reservations for the next day FOOD IS SO GOOD!”
