「Clean property and friendly staff」

「The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!?? 「Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub? 」

「Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. 「The hotel has a large open atrium style and hosts large special events with hundreds of people and amplified music and speaking. This went on until 10:45 PM. The noise makes it into the rooms making it impossible to sleep or relax. The special evens also fill the parking lot making it hard to park for guests, even when they require you to pay for parking. Check for events happening during your stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but average.」
