「Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel」

「We chose this hotel because we needed a two-bedroom suite for our family. My Expedia confirmation clearly showed a two-bedroom suite, but when we arrived, the hotel told us they only had us booked into a one-bedroom. They said it was an Expedia issue and that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any two-bedroom suites available. Unfortunately, this meant our kids had to sleep on the pullout couch instead of having their own bedroom, which was the entire reason we booked this...

「Loved staying at the Elizabeth! Very upscale hotel in a great location. Food at the Emporium restaurant on-site was delicious. Entertainment drinks, and atmosphere at the Magic Rat (also onsite) was great. Definitely recommend the Elizabteth.」
