「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...

「This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.」

「😃」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「Quiet, clean, and convenient.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Perfect as usual! We stay here every time we visit our son!」

「We stayed here for one night in October 2026. It was clean and convenient. The room was spacious - our favorite part was that the air conditioning went all the way down to 60 degrees so we slept beautifully that night! Definitely recommend!」

「I stayed in your hotel last night and there was a thumping in the walls. It was in walls of my bathroom and in the ceiling of the rooms around me. There were an Hispanic couple who could not sleep either. This was around 4 AM. When I came to to front desk, no one was there. But when I decided to checkout the front desk person woke up and appeared. I told him about the noise but he said he didn't no anything about it. I was driving 10 hours to Philadelphia and had just arrived from driving 9...

「The bathrooms need an overhaul. We wouldn't step a foot in that tub. The smell of the first room was so bad that we had to change rooms. The filter on the bathroom vent was dirty. The hotel only had regular direct TV (basic stations). That quality inn should have been Budget Inn. The best part was the food truck outside.」
