「They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.」

「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. 「They never clean the floor and never change the bed sheet even when I ask」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「Execelente atención」

「Breakfast was great our room as well but our daughter had 3 different rooms and they found ants in all of them! Get the exterminator in there! Desk staff not very sympathetic to them and they took them to the room to show them. Food on floors and mold on wall!」

「Nice sized room. Loved the price. In a great location. Bed slept great.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」
