「I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. 」

「The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. My partner had to run out to grab a milk. Several light bulbs in the bathroom were not working. The listing stated that free parking was available by parking on the next...

「Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...Martin

「Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August.」Jane

「The hotel is well-equipped, refined and comfortable.
Convenient location, near the sea.
We live in Room 5, with sea view and the environment is quiet.
But be careful, you have to take the stairs.」Karen

「I was actually very pleased with this hotel overall. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the beautiful coastal views were a real highlight. The underground car park was also very convenient, with a lift providing direct access to the hotel.
However, when my family was leaving, our car battery suddenly went flat. We asked the hotel reception for help, but unfortunately, the staff appeared rather cold and unhelpful. I really hope this was not simply because we had already checked...Pui Yan
