「Phenomenal staff, service and great stay」

「Merveilleuse place ! Service A1, personnalisé. Une vue à couper le souffle. Très propre, très bonne nourriture du souper! Rien à dire à part : merci pour tout et au plaisir d’y revenir un jour !」

「Beautiful view of the Douro Valley. Grocery store and gas very close.Very clean and well equipped. Owner and caretaker/cleaners easy to communicate with. Great for a family retreat.」

「Espaço bonito e bem cuidado. Houve uma falha de comunicação que foi rapidamente solucionada com um telefonema. Piscina excelente e bela vista.」

「This is a totally different hotel concept to the standard elsewhere. There is no reception or housekeeping staff, only personnel to provide the breakfast each morning. That means you can get a room more cheaply, as the hotel operator has lower costs that are partly passed on to guests. My room wasn´t cleaned, the bin emptied or sheets changed in the four days that I was there, but I can live with that. The doors are operated using a code you type in, so there are no keys or passes you have to...

「Ambiente muito simpatico e familiar」

「Maravilhosa, como sempre! Voltarei mais vezes.」
