「We were in Auburn for a race and really just needed a room as a home base, napping spot and quick shower. We didn't end up needing the room until the day of checkout and the staff was SO KIND to let us check in that morning. I took a fantastic shower and loved the soft towels and bath products. I got a great 20 min nap in the super comfy bed (100 miles of running makes me really appreciate creature comforts!). We were SO grateful to the staff for their kind and helpful service. 」

「Parking was somewhat tedious this trip because of the concert. Also, it would be great if access to get into the hotel was not limited to the front door/lobby. The doors leading out the side to the DOCO walkway and Daniel Stern Walkway has been closed/unavailable for several years now. 」

「Location very close to Old Sacramento and Rail Museum. Not much restaurant around the hotel. Hotel staffs helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was nice. 」

「Nice staff and good location, a few homeless appear may be a block away from the south and east of the hotel. They don't look bothering but better no walk alone at night.」
