“Centrally located within a quiet square in Palma. Roof top pool, bar and lounging area provided a restful and invigorating alternative to sightseeing with beautiful panoramic views of cathedral, local churches and local civic buildings. Interiors were outstanding and the restuarant, bar and reception area provided a pleasant experience. In particular the breakfast menu was excellent. Finally, the staff could not be more respectful and helpful recommending excellent restaurants within the area……

“Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker und mit guter Auwahl. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der große Fernseher auf den man sich über das gute wlan auch mit dem Smartphone verbinden konnte. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, viele schöne Orte haben wir fussläufig erreichen können, und auch einige Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe.”

“I wanted to like this property so bad but we had lots of issues to begin with. We got switched from room to room due to issues with AC ( our first night in Mallorca, slept with no AC and it was hell), water flooding in the bathrooms, lack of proper cleaning (floors dirty consistently), bedsheets were rough and itchy-some dort of cheap linen and overall a subpar breakfast experience with no real chefs in the kitchen. The only person that saved our experience was Eva in the frontdesk who was……

“We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. ”

All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them”

“Habitación limpia pero la recibí con cero amenidades; tuve que solicitar un jabón para manos en la recepción. Probablemente se debió esto a que me dieron la habitación muy temprano (mucho antes del check in).”

“Sehr schönes Hotel an guter Lage. Die Nachbarn waren leider sehr laut, absolut unkompliziert bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder!”

“Appartment war sauber und mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Personal freundlich. Ein Aufzug ist in Gebäude 2 vorhanden. Trotz Renovierung war im Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanal und sämtliche Haken und Ablagen waren nicht richtig festgeschraubt. Leider gab es morgens ein regenreiches Gewitter, so dass im gesamten Foyer von Gebäude 2 und vor dem Eingang ca.3-4 cm hoch das Wasser stand, welches durch die Tür hereingelaufen war. Seltsamerweise wurde ein Gefälle in Richtung der Eingangstür……
