“This hotel is fabulous, the staff can’t do enough for you and breakfast is in till 1pm and it’s all cooked fresh for you. A fabulous place to stay.
The only down side was there were building works next door and drilling started early on the Monday, however it wasnt till much later on the Tuesday . If your thinking of staying might be worth checking these works have finished before booking

“The hotel was clean and spacious. We liked the interior and historical theme. The location was perfect as it was accessible to everything within walking distance. The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences.

“Excellent location and close to everything! Staff was outstanding. I arrived at 6 am with the understanding that check in was not until 3 pm so they took my luggage and I waited for the next shift to come in. Surprisingly, I was in a room by 8:50 am with a free upgrade! The bed was sooo comfortable I napped before exploring the city! You are steps from the cathedral! The rooms were very modern with a historic charm! I highly recommend! ”

“Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress.
The breakfast and coffee is great.
The products given in the bathroom are superb.
Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus. ”

“Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff.
