「We was here for 4 days business trip, and it's nice place to stay in this luxury hotel. It's safe and with many unique paintings which you cannot find in other hotels, but the outside traffic and train making serious noises.」

「Cet endroit est une blague ! Une mauvaise blague... Les photos datent des années 70 et depuis aucune remise en état. Je n'ose pas imaginer l'état des cuisines... Je ne vais poser que 2 photos mais je pourrais en poster 50.」

「Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.」

「We were moved to another Hotel (Pacha Hotel) upon booking the Jasmins Residence. Nothing interesting around the Pacha Hotel a 15 min drive to the city center and the corniche side」

「On a du quitter hôtel après 2 nuit alors qu'on a réserver 8 jours Fuite d'eau dans la sale de bain Très très sale Porte sale de bain ne se ferme pas on a changer de chambre la Même chose donc a du payer un autre hôtel 」

「Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable 」

「The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.」
