「The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.

「Clean room,easy access」

「Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!」

「Everything you need in a good location」

「Met all our needs 」

「Staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. The building is a bit old but well kept. Very closed to shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. Public transport is very accessible.」

「very friendly and helpful staff clean, comfortable and cozy room highly recommend must be my choice for future trip 」

「The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.」
