"Staff: friendly and welcoming at front desk, good impression.
Single room: clean, everything necessary, bed, desk & chair, wardrobe space, TV working, bedside table.
Mattress comfortable, choice of soft/firm pillows, clean linen. Own bathroom; spotless, small bath, shower, toilet, sink, well-lit.
Temperature comfortable. Little noise from corridors at night, despite children staying at the hotel. Good night's sleep.
Breakfast in a beautiful, light-filled room overlooking the main square. Excellent choice of hot or cold foods and drinks, yoghurts, self-service buffet.
Overall a very comfortable, surprisingly quiet (end of January) and pleasant place to stay, with an incredibly central location.
Would definitely repeat if in Valencia again!
Muchas gracias, Tom"
"The hotel location is at walking distance to most tourist attractions. The front desk staff is superb (Ani, Mateo, Alex). They are attentive, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their guests."
"Very stilish hotel, clean, modern, welcoming, besides the perfect location (in the centre of the old city), close to the main attractions, with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff was lovely too. The bonus was the minispa avaliable to all customers and a cocktail bar "
"This was a great choice in stay for me. It was not far from the bridge that led you into the city center. Also, I was on a long travel period so the receptionist was able to give me directions to the nearest laundromat. "
