“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. Our room is right above the bar, and it is not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear the music and party noise from the bar, making it……

“This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.”

“Comfortable accommodation. Information regarding checking could be clarified. It was fortunate that some other guests were there to assist me with obtaining the keys for the apartment. Overall the apartment was clean: however , it had an odd smell that did not dissipate over the course of my 6 day stay. Also, the bathroom cupboard smelled very mussy/moldy whenever the doors were opend.”
