"The room was very clean and very cozy. This was just what my wife and I needed. Getting away from your day job and visiting a place which is a true hidden gem. Amazingly visit."
"This property is exactly as listed. House was spotless upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Lovely outdoor patio and furniture to enjoy the views. Nice lighted pier for day and night fishing! Would highly recommend and will likely return in the future! 10 out of 10! "

Coastal Lagoon Retreat in Matagorda w/ Beach Views & Pool Access
10/10 Excellent
"The house is older, but it was nice. The pictures are accurate. The beach and jetty pier park are very close as well. There was no grill on arrival, but the management company had one assembled and delivered within an hour. They were top notch. The catch and release lagoon is full of large black drum. Yes you have to let them go, but we all caught multiple large drum a day on dead shrimp. Dead shrimp was working non-stop pretty much no matter the time of day. Just run to Buddy's and grab some. Overall, we loved Matagorda, its quiet and the locals were all very friendly. We will be back."
Waterfront Home With Private Fishing Pier on Turtle Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Such a beautiful well stocked home! We did not want to leave. Quiet relaxation and clean. All the comforts of home. This is a definite must stay on our family getaway list. "
"Everything was as described. Nice having a Keurig coffee pot. Beautiful sunrise views. Fishing wasn’t great, but can’t blame anybody but the fish or me for that. Very good value for the money!"
