「A gem in the heart of Dublin! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bar area is very nice. Located a block from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a short walk to Temple Bar, Trinity College and shopping. Will stay here again for sure! 」

「Highly recommend, particularly if going to events at the arena or even the city centre. We had an excellent stay and it was in a fantastic location for 3Arena - right next door. Couldn’t be better! Excellent transport link into city centre within 10-15 minutes via tram outside the accommodation. Supermarket opposite with takeaway food. Big Dunnes stores supermarket within the centre opposite too so plenty of choices to stock up for your stay. Some other coffee and food options nearby too....

「2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when...

「Great hotel close to everything in city center. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only downfall was the fact that there are no windows to open in the room and efter a few nights it would have been nice with some fresh air. Aircondition worked but paused during the night as if there as a timer on, so would be worried about the timer during the summer. 」
