Hotel is in a very convenient area, especially for those taking a cruise. Although there is no breakfast available, morning coffee, water, and a few snacks are provided. This is a nice touch. Shuttle to the port for €10 per person is reasonable and there’s no need to move luggage around from buses, etc.

This is a smart hotel where everything is self service. The only drawback is there is not much assistance if you have issues entering the room or needs interaction with a person. Otherwise, if all is well, it’s like a five-star motel.

Lovely clean room and areas, staff very friendly. We paid for the transfer which was great and similar price to transfer company’s. No breakfast as such but they do offer free coffee and Italian biscuits in the morning if wanted. Have booked for next year already.

Hotel Smart Cruise is in a brilliant location. Close enough to the port without being near its rougher edges. The hotel was incredibly clean: immaculate in fact. The bed very comfortable and the shower/bathroom very large. We used the hotel provided transfer from the airport to the hotel yesterday and today used it again to get to the port. All very efficient and the two vehicles used were modern and clean. Would highly recommend to other cruise passengers.

It was a great place to stay when going on a cruise ship as it is only a block away from the free shuttle buses that take you to the ships. It is also a short walk to downtown. The rooms are very modern and comfortable.

Only negative was the European style shower which didn't fully contain water spray, and that coupled with marble floors and walls made a slipnhazard

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and bedding and very close to Largo della Pace where we picked up a shuttle to our Princess cruise--perfect! Also had some great pizza at a place recommended to us by Luca--All the employees greeted us and showed us to our room and how to work the AC and we felt quite welcomed! A small hotel but perfect before a cruise!

A great place to stay if you’re going on a cruise ship. It was only a one block walk to the free short shuttle bus ride that takes you to the ship terminal. The room was very modern and clean. Pay attention to the incoming notifications from the hotel as to how to use the provided QR code to access the hotel and room. It is a good system as there usually isn’t someone at the front desk.
